IYG invites you to be a part of the 21st Annual Art Auction presented by Northwestern Mutual. The event will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, at the IYG Activity Center.
This will be a night to celebrate art and the work IYG does for the LGBTQ+ young people of Indiana – and what better place than right at home in the center. After all, there’s no place like home!
For over 30 years, IYG has provided safer spaces, programming, education, and advocacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer youth and young adults, as well as their allies and the community at large. The annual Art Auction has been the biggest fundraiser for the organization over the last 20 years. All proceeds from the event go directly toward supporting life-saving programs, resources, and services such as the Project Prism rapid rehousing program, which moves LGBTQ+ young people off the streets and into secure, long term housing.
Your support is important because it helps IYG achieve its goal of building safer spaces that empower LGBTQ+ youth and magnify their voices. You can support our efforts by purchasing tickets, making a donation (monetary or in-kind auction items), or pledging an ally sponsorship!
