Indiana Youth Group (IYG) will host its first ever Project Prism Open House on Thursday, November 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the organization’s activity center located 3733 North Meridian Street in Indianapolis. The open house will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Project Prism rapid rehousing program.
The open house is an opportunity to learn about Project Prism, a program that provides housing and support resources for LGBTQ+ young people experiencing homelessness. Belinda Drake, Director of Youth Services, will speak briefly at 6:30 pm to provide an overview of the program, its progress over the last year, and future plans.
Attendees may also tour the activity center, meet IYG staff, and mingle with other supporters of Indianapolis’ LGBTQ+ community, as well as learn about IYG’s other lifesaving and life-changing programs, services, and resources.
This event is free to attend and open to all in the community. Complimentary appetizers and beverages will be served.
